She graduated from the Faculty of Trade Economics at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since December 2019, she is the Head of the Dispute Department of the LEPL - Revenue Service. Prior to this position, she held various positions, initiating her career began in 1999: in 1999-2007 she worked at the Academy of Sports as a coordinator of the faculty of foreign students. From 2007 to 2010, she held various positions in the LEPL Revenue Service, including the positions of the Call Center Specialist of the Head Office and the Chief Specialist of the Tax Methodology Department. In 2010, she headed the Financial Management and Control Monitoring Service of the LEPL - National Center for State Internal Control. From 2010 to 2012, she worked in the Office of the Government of Georgia as an expert advisor on the issues of private sector support. In 2012, she was an Investment Project Manager of the LEPL - National Investment Agency of Georgia. From 2012 to 2013 she worked as a Tax Consultant in the Legal and Tax Department of KPMG GEORGIA Ltd. From 2013 to 2017, she worked as an expert on tax issues at the Office of the Business Ombudsman of Georgia. From 2014 to 2017, she was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Council within the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. From 2017 to 2019, she was Deputy Director of the Department of Economics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

The functions of the Dispute Department are:

a) representation of the Service in court and other disputes;

b) ensuring the procedures provided for by law for the review of a complaint submitted to the Service;

c) drafting a decision on the results of the review of the complaint;

f) within its competence, preparation of proposals for the improvement of the legislation;

g) within its competence, reviewing the correspondence of a taxpayer, his/her representative and other interested person;

h) exercising other powers provided for by an individual administrative-legal act of the Head of the Service;

i) carrying out certain tasks and instructions of the management of the Service.
