He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in Law. In 2005–2006, he worked at the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance as a Chief Specialist. From 2006 to 2013, he served as an Investigator at the Financial Police of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and at the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2013–2014, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Western Inspection Service of the General Inspection Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 2016 to 2025, he worked in managerial positions at the Tbilisi City Hall, the Inspection/Labor Safety Division of the Internal Audit Department of the LEPL National Forestry Agency, the Terjola Municipality City Hall, and the LEPL “Terjola Public Service Hall” of the Ministry of Justice. In 2025, he performed his official duties as Head of the Disciplinary Prosecution Division of the General Inspection Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2025–2026, he served as Head of the General Inspection Department of the State Security Service of Georgia. Since May 5, 2026, he has been heading the Customs Department of the LEPL Revenue Service.
