Principal Functions of Software Support Division:

a) Development of architecture and design of information systems and databases;
b) Record keeping and control of software releases and changes;
c) Development of new information systems and introduction of changes into the existing systems;
d) Providing assistance to information system users and fault handling;
e) Generating statistics and report forms;
f) Reflecting legislative and administrative changes in databases and in information system program code.
